What you provide
An estimate request asks for your name, phone number, optional email address, property address, service or project type, project description, preferred contact method, and agreement to be contacted about that request. Email is required if you choose email as your preferred method.
How the request is handled
The website sends the request by email to [email protected]. The form does not write inquiry details to a website database. The receiving email service and Bravo may retain the message as part of handling your inquiry.
Security and site operation
The form uses a secure session cookie and a one-time request token to help protect submissions. To limit repeated submissions, the server stores a hashed form of your IP address with submission timestamps in a private file outside the public website; the rate check looks at a one-hour window. Hosting and content-delivery providers may also keep ordinary access or security logs.
Other services
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts. The service-areas page embeds an OpenStreetMap map. Visiting pages with these features may send your browser information, including your IP address, to those providers under their own practices.
